Hilton HHonors International Discount Offer: PR13CB “Corporate Benefits Employee Offer”

by John Ollila on April 14, 2013

You can often save significantly at international Hilton family of hotels using promotion/offer code PR13CB. This rate plan is also known as “Corporate Benefits Employee Offer” or “Corporate Benefit Partner Rate”.

This discount is not valid at Hilton family of hotels in the United States. I originally found this discount from the rate plans that were excluded some past promotions. This rate has always been point and elite status qualifying, but it was often excluded from promotions. It has not been excluded from the recent promotions, however.

This rate plan is likely offered for personal and non-business travel of Hilton’s corporate partners.

Note that this rate plan is not available in all hotels and it is prepaid. You should not book it unless your plans are firm.

Here are some rate examples:

Millennium Hilton Bangkok 3060 THB

The rate returns very good rate of 3060 THB for the date in May that I had a look at. It is lower than any of the other rates that the hotel is offering

Conrad Bali $158

This rate plan also works very well at this Conrad property in Bali, where I have stayed at several times.

Hilton Park Lane London 269 GBP

You can also get some significant savings here using this rate plan.

Hilton CDG Airport 103 EUR

This discount offer shaves off 26 euros from the advance purchase offer.

I have used this PR13CB rate plan numerous times and never encountered any confusion at hotels about possible eligibility for this offer. The only problem in the past was that the rate plan was excluded from most of the promotions, but this has not been the case for the past year or so.

Are you sure that this rate accrues both points and status credit? Is this a recent change – because I am sure that when I booked a few nights last year for travel around Asia that it didn’t accrue either

I have used this rate many times over the years and always received both stay/night credit and points. It didn’t used to count for promos, however.

Be prepared to pay the full RAC rate if you are challenged.

    • http://loyaltylobby.com/ John O.

Challenged about what? This is not a corporate rate that would require proof of employment at certain company.

Have booked this rate at the Hilton Warsaw end of the month for 3 nights. Will see if it works. I also expect hhonors gold status upgrade. Time Will tell !

Thanks to your blog I learned about the Little League discount code PGLL01. This should be used to check rates as well as sometimes the PR13CB rate is not available, and the LL discount may be close in price to the AP Hilton rates.

    • http://loyaltylobby.com/ John O.

Absolutely. One should always check all the applicable discount plans.

I have used the code recently a few times as it showed considerable savings, and have never been challenged. Actually, in my experience, Hilton rarely check eligibility for rates – I think I was asked once for proof in the last three years.

    • http://loyaltylobby.com/ John O.

This has been my experience as well. You can always read the rate eligibility from the rate rules. There are no restrictions.

No luck with the 3 HH hotels in Seoul

    • http://loyaltylobby.com/ John O.

This rate plan is not always possible and not all hotels participate. You just need to keep checking.

around what dates did you get the code for the Conrad Bali to work – tried lots of dates and cannot seem to get it to work. thanks

    • http://loyaltylobby.com/ John O.

I used it at the Conrad Bali last time in April. Booked it on the day of arrival.

It is not always available and might open up closer to the arrival date.

      • hi

Thanks John appreciate your feedback. I tried both with 1 night and 1 week stays, then skipped through from now until mid 2014 with the flexible dates option – am I doing something wrong? URL I use is conradhotels.com which redirects to conradhotels3.hilton.com

        • http://loyaltylobby.com/ John O.

I just use the regular hilton.com search. It is certainly possible that the rate is not currently available at the Conrad Bali.
