You do need to have the ATL15 promotion code added to the offer code box.

Conclusion

Hyatt hasn’t had a chainwide promotion since spring. The business must be a bit soft in the Atlanta area for Hyatt to offer any incentives to stay at their properties.

Here are the terms and conditions of this offer:

Offer valid August 1 through November 30, 2013 at Hyatt Atlanta Midtown, Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest, Hyatt Place Atlanta Downtown, Hyatt Place Alpharetta/Windward Parkway, Hyatt Place Atlanta Johns Creek, Hyatt Place Atlanta/Cobb Galleria, Hyatt Place Duluth/Gwinnett Mall, Hyatt Place Atlanta Buckhead, Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport-South, Hyatt Place Atlanta/Norcross/Peachtree, Hyatt Place Atlanta/Perimeter Center, Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport-North and HYATT house Atlanta/Cobb Galleria. All hotel reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Offer is not valid with groups/conventions and may not be combined with other promotional offers. Guest must request offer code ATL15 at time of reservation and check-in to receive bonus points. Hyatt Gold Passport members must choose points for their stay and pay an Eligible Rate. An “Eligible Rate” is any hotel published room rate, including, but not limited to rates found on hyatt.com or any Hyatt Gold Passport Hotel Partner website, the Hyatt Daily Rate, volume, AAA and senior citizen rates, etc. “Ineligible Rates” are discounted rates, including, but not limited to, any free night stays, Internet wholesale rates (such as priceline.comhotels.com, etc.), traditional wholesale rates (such as GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Pleasant Holidays, etc.), airline crew rates, airline employee rates, travel agency employee rates, Club at the Hyatt discount certificate stays, Hyatt Vacation Club stays, Hyatt employee or employee family discount rates, airline interrupted-trip vouchers or contracted rooms (a contract room is a room that has been reserved pursuant to a written and executed agreement between a hotel and a corporation, government agency or individual for a negotiated room rate in exchange for an agreed upon number of rooms to be rented for an extended period of time). Only one bonus may be redeemed per member, per stay. This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of the Hyatt Gold Passport program. Please allow 6-8 weeks after travel is completed for Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points to be credited to your account.

John – Any idea on if there will be a systemwide promotion for the fall? Could be pretty enticing if there was that and this specific promotion.

    • Let’s hope that there is something next month. It would truly be unprecedented if they wouldn’t have something in the fall.

I think their business is probably soft in many places. Some of their elites may be taking their business to Starwood or Marriott due to lack of promotion for a long while.

I certainly hope something good will come in September.

    • For me the chains are all interchangeable. If there are no worthwhile promotions from Hyatt, no need to stay at their properties.
