IHG Rewards Club Promotion: Elite Member Next Stay Bonus Of 5000 Points (Second!)

IHG Rewards Club has a new (second) one-time bonus offer of 5000 points for Elite Member that is valid for 90 days after registration for this promotion. You can earn this bonus once.

You can sign up for this promotion here or use the promotion code 1037 on here.

Note that this offer is combinable with all the other IHG Rewards Club promotions that you can find here. You should sign up for this promotion when you have eligible paid stay coming up within 90 days.

This is the second time that I have seen an Elite Member Next Stay Bonus at 5,000 bonus points. Similar promotions have previously yielded always 3,000 points. Thanks again for LoyaltyLobby reader Michael that sent me bunch of codes last week.

Dear John, thank you for this! As a newbie that will be starting to stay at the IHG brands this autumn (going for The Big Win), is there any faster/easier way to become elite without spending 10 nights at 4 different brands?

    Thanks in advance!

I’ve been thinking of status matching from Le Club Accor, but that doesn’t seem to work. Would Hilton Silver work?

Purchase Intercontinental Ambassador status for $200 here:

In addition to all the benefits it entails at Intercontinental Hotels (guaranteed room upgrade, free weekend night certificate, 4pm late checkout, free wi-fi, free pay-per-view movie per stay, free newspaper delivery, fruit and water upon arrival, 5000 Rewards Club points, etc.), you also get IHG Gold status.

Best value in hotel loyalty programs in my opinion. I believe renewal years are only $150.

Our Ambassador status got us upgraded from a $300/night room to a $3,000/night suite during a recent weekend Intercontinental stay.

    • You don’t have any status yet?

You can get instant Le Club Accorhotels Platinum status that you ca match to Best Western Platinum that you can use to match for IHG Rewards Club Platinum status.

What a great thing to wake up to!

John, thanks for all the codes. Yet I am confused by them. Can I register all of them in one go? Or I can only register one by one in order to earn all points under these code?

  • TravelingJewel

Dumb question- does the $200 Ambassador status at Intercontinentals give you lounge access?

    • By default no. Some IC’s may upgrade to Club room. The Ambassador officially gives you one category upgrade from the room type booked.

How does this bonus work with 5x Aeroplan bonus?
Since, you have to choose to get miles for that.

    • Some promo points should automatically convert to airline miles. I have not done this by myself, so I don’t have personal experience.

    Hey Friend

Do all the code would be safe to register if I haven’t received any official promotion code from IHG?

    • Some have commented that the have got notes from IHG, but only few compared to how many have registered for these.
