I stumbled upon this offer that is targeted to AICPA members that seems to be a generic 10% off discount and its expiry is unclear.

The offer takes 10% off of the Hyatt Daily Rate.

Conclusion

This appears to be a straightforward 10% off discount from the Hyatt Daily Rate and available widely (at least on weekends). There must be number of organizations whose members are eligible for this offer based on the rate rules that Hyatt has attached to it.
