Note that the valid dates on the French offer were from February 17 to August 31, 2015, and booking dates from February 17 to March 20. Both the stay and booking windows are shorter on this English one.

Remember that you must register for this offer in order to earn the bonus points. Stays at all Accor brands are eligible for this bonus (remember that there are some hotels that don’t participate to the program at all read more about them here).

Conclusion

This is the best Accor points promotion (outside of those flat miles airlines ones) that they offer. I am planning to have my three stays in the next 7 days. Will write a new piece once they post (hopefully without any issues).

Here are the terms and conditions of this offer:

1. General Conditions of Use of the Le Club Accorhotels programme apply to the “Receive up to €160 in points” offer.

2. To enjoy this offer, the Le Club Accorhotels loyalty programme member must sign up by clicking on the “Sign up for the offer” button above and then follow the instructions.

3. The offer is only valid once for 3 stays per member during the offer duration, for stays between 23/02/2015 and 31/08/2015 in hotels participating in the Le Club Accorhotels programme, booked between 23/02/2015 and 15/03/2015. Stays cannot be consecutive.

4. The points bonus is calculated based on Classic status, not counting points accelerators.

5. The offer enables Le Club Accorhotels loyalty programme and Accor Advantage Plus members, regardless of their status, to receive up to €160 in points for stays in hotels participating in the Le Club Accorhotels programme throughout the world.

6. 2,000 points are equivalent to €40. Points are converted into euros; amounts indicated in local currency are not legally binding and are subject to change.

7. The stay must be booked online (via Accorhotels.com or one of our brand websites participating in the Le Club Accorhotels programme), via our mobile applications or by calling the Accor Bookings Centre. Other booking channels are not eligible for this offer.

8. The loyalty card or member card number must be presented when booking and at hotel reception when checking in.

9. Le Club Accorhotels bonus points will be credited onto the member’s account within 28 days following departure from the hotel.

10. Within this offer, a stay is understood as one (1) booking per Le Club Accorhotels Loyalty member, regardless of the number of rooms booked. A booking made by a member for several rooms will only count as one (1) stay.

11. The offer cannot be combined with any other Le Club Accorhotels promotional offers and does not apply to group

Strange, but I does not have button “Sign up for the offer”

Just login… you must see “already registered” or something like that on a new orange circle (at least in the Spanish version)

Rosemary’s Baby is ready to be born… will Le Club accept promo registration in another language than your account language? In another words, I live in Brazil (so Portuguese is my chosen language for Le Club), registered in the french version on 17th and had 1 reservation done on 18th. Is this booking eligible? Or would Le Club say “sorry, you’re not eligible” because there’s no such promo for Brazilian members?

    • I didn’t see anything on the T&C’s of the French language version of this promotion that would make your stay ineligible. Did your stay post with the bonus points?

  • Jack TheBear

The French offer was changed. The current booking dates are from 17 February to 15 March, the dates of stays remained unchanged. I think it’s the same global offer. The difference lies in the week slip in relation to the French offer. Today I got the Polish offer. It;s the same as the English.

    • Just very confusing that is often the case with better Accor promotions.

  • Stephen

Signed up for the French language offer. Had a stay on 2/23 that was booked on 2/21. This does not fall w/in the English language offer’s T&C’s. Not cool if it doesn’t count.

    • How did it post for you? With the extra points or not?

      • Stephen

Still waiting. Nothing at all has posted yet. 7 days tomorrow, so may have to submit a request to Accor. Do you recommend I do that, or contact the hotel first?

        • Stephen

Okay….I called the property around 6pm China time, tonite. Spoke to the Front Office Manager. She told me that she’ll process my stay w/in 10 minutes. I looked at my account 2 hours later. Sure enough……the stay is credited and the LCAH 1,000 points for the first stay is there. Nice. Thanks Loyalty Lobby for your info and follow-up.

Hi! I made four stays in the last 2 weeks. The average it is taking to me in order to see the bonus points is around one week after every checkout.

Is it just me or the Accorhotel website is hopeless? I connected myself and it says you HAVE an accorhotel account and you need to be a member of the royalty program in order to benefit from this offer so please join first…while all the time I’m logged in….Is this normal?

    • There are some glitches on the signing in for your account from time to time. Just give it another try.

So Stays at any Hotels Ibis do not count for this promotion anymore ? I used to get points from stays a couple of years ago from Ibis

    • Andy

Where did you spot this? T&Cs in John’s post says: “5. The offer enables Le Club Accorhotels loyalty programme and Accor Advantage Plus members, regardless of their status, to receive up to €160 in points for stays in hotels participating in the Le Club Accorhotels programme throughout the world.” I read from following post that Ibis hotels in CHINA are not participating: http://loyaltylobby.com/2014/11/26/le-club-accorhotels-non-participating-hotels-what-to-watch-on-promos/

      • Erick

My mistake, I read it In the link-to-Article but it says Ibis China (do not participate) ”

    Hi!
how about the hotels “managed” by Accor but not actually Accor. Like the “Grand Sukhumvit” in BKK ? Will the promotion apply ?
    Thanks

    • It is Le Club Accorhotels participating hotels. You are good to go.

  • Kezza

Hi John – we are in Phuket from 11 Apr to 18 Apr staying at other accommodation with friends. There are IBIS and All Seasons hotels in the EUR 21 to EUR 29 per night range, do these brands qualify and is it worth booking 3 separate nights, and checking in (only) just to get the points and vouchers? Seems like a no brainer, given I am 9000 points short of Platinum at present!

    • They certainly does qualify. You can book Ibis, All Seasons and
then Ibis again. Just make sure that you don’t have back to back
reservations for the same hotel unless there is a gap in stay dates.

  • josmon10

A couple of questions regarding these points?
    – Can I book a refundable stay at an Accor hotel using the points I have (with the balance to be paid upon check-out), and then use some 40 euro-vouchers when I leave the hotel -ie, after having obtained more points between the booking and the actual stay-?
    – If I do the above, but have to cancel the reservation, will the points I used revert to my account?
    Thanks

    • You can. I would advise, however, using vouchers at the hotel. If you cancel a stay that you have used vouchers against, you never know how long it may take to get them back.

i registered using the french website. when i try to register again in the english site, it is showing me an internal error. i wonder if there is a way to check if my registration was successful as the previous post about the french registration site did not provide any confirmation if you do not have french as your set language.

    • It just doesn’t allow you to register again if you have done it under the French offer. I registered when I wrote the first piece and the first bonus did posy just fine.

  • Alesw

Hi John, I registered to this promotion thru the french site and I’m going to have a weekend Stay next week. I Had also registered before for the 3x points on weekend stays in Italy. Up to this the hotel wher I will stay Is a new opening so it has the 4x bonus points promo.
    The promos are non comulative.
How will ACCOR manage this? Can I choose?

    • Even when Accor says that promotions are not combinebale, they usually are.

  • Paolo

    First stay done:
    1000 bonus points posted
    and

double points on base amount posted (an X2 ongoing promo)

Does anyone know if stays at Ibis in Hong Kong count towards this promo?

    • As long as it is eligible rate, it certainly does.

is it worth booking and paying for 3 separate stays (costing about $40 per stay) but not actually staying at the hotel?
