All the hotel chains are trying to entice group planners to throw more business on their way. One option is to incentivize them more by offering bonus points and elite qualifying nights.

Here are the terms and conditions of this offer:

SPG® members must register at spg.com/double by December 31, 2015, 11:59 p.m. ET. This means registered members will earn one bonus Starpoint for every US$3 of eligible revenue, up to a maximum of 20,000 bonus Starpoints, and one bonus Eligible Night for every 20 consumed group room nights, up to a maximum of 20 bonus Eligible Nights per event. The bonus Starpoints and bonus Eligible Nights are in addition to base earnings for Eligible Event Agreements per the SPG terms and conditions.

All SPG-participating hotels and resorts are participating in the promotion.

Bonus Starpoints and bonus Eligible Nights earned under this promotion will be posted to the SPG member’s account within 6–8 weeks of the SPG-participating hotel’s posting of the base Starpoints and Eligible Nights.
