Note that there doesn’t appear to be a limit how many times you can take advantage of this offer and all points qualifying rate are eligible. There is also a draw of 100,000 Le Club AccorHotels points.

Conclusion

Le Club AccorHotels has now clarified the “subsequent” stay rules on these T&Cs to mean subsequent (back to back) stays at the same hotels, although it wouldn’t affect the earnings from this promo at all. Reasonable promotion for those planning to stay in France and Paris before the end of March.

ARTICLE 1 – Subject

The days and times referred to in these rules are for the Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris time zone (UTC +01:00). This will be the only applicable time zone for the purposes of this Draw.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

This Draw is open to members of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program who are 18 years old and over on the date of entry in the Draw, with the exception of employees and representatives of the Promoter, its subcontractors, as well as their advisers and including members of their families and in general of any company or natural person involved, directly or indirectly, in the creation or conduct of the Draw.

Only one entry in the Draw per household (same name, same postal address) will be allowed.

To enter the Draw, you must:
– Be a member of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program,
– Be aged 18 or over on the date of entry in the Draw,
– Reserve a hotel stay through the “Partez à Paris ou partout en France et gagnez peut être 100 000 points” promotion stating your Le Club AccorHotels member number,

Any reservation made through the “Partez à Paris ou partout en France et gagnez peut être 100 000 points” promotion will qualify for entry in the draw. Any false declaration or incorrect and/or incomplete declaration will result in the automatic cancellation of any entry and prizes.

ARTICLE 3 – CONDUCT OF THE DRAW

The Draw will end on 29 February 2016 and a legal officer will draw one (1) winner from among the qualifying entries on 15 April 2016.

ARTICLE 4 – DRAWING THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random from among the reservations made within the promotion.

The draw will be made on 15 April 2016 under the supervision of the legal firm of SCP SIMONIN – LE MAREC – GUERRIER, 54 rue Taitbout 75009 PARIS.

This draw will identify one (1) Winner from among all the participating members of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program who is aged 18 or over on the date of entry in the Draw and who has made a reservation and stayed at a hotel as part of the “Partez à Paris ou partout en France et gagnez peut être 100 000 points” promotion.

The winner will be notified by the Promoter of the result and the prize won by email, sent to the address given during the online registration in the Le Club AccorHotels program. Those members who have not won will not be contacted.

The winner will be contacted by e-mail. If there is no response within 20 working days, the prize will then be allocated to the substitute winner. This latter will also have 20 working days in which to claim the prize.

The winner authorises all necessary checks on his/her identity, domicile or age. Any false information concerning identity, domicile, email address or age will result in the automatic exclusion of the person from the draw.

The winner also authorises the Promoter or its subsidiaries to use his/her names, first names and date of winning for the purposes of publicity, without this entitling the winner to any remuneration or compensation of any sort other than the prize.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

One (1) winner will win this draw.
The winner of the draw will win:

A prize of 100,000 points with a value of €2,000 that can be used at any AccorHotels hotel that is participating in the Le Club AccorHotels program.

Awarded prizes cannot be returned or exchanged against a monetary value or any sort of gift. The Promoter however reserves the right to substitute for the prize, a prize of at least an equivalent value, if circumstances so require.

ARTICLE 6 – RULES

The prize draw is governed by these rules. They are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

Entry in the Prize Draw implies unreserved acceptance of these rules, as well as of all provisions and ethical rules on the Internet.

Any entrant can obtain on request reimbursement of the connection costs incurred in taking part in the Draw.

The request for reimbursement must be sent by post at the latest 30 calendar days after the closing date of the Draw, postmark as evidence, to the following address: SMI Direction de la Distribution Hôtellerie France – Service Le Club AccorHotels – 31 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia – CS31589 – 75904 Paris cedex 15.

The reimbursement will be by bank transfer credited to the account of the entrant provided that the following are clearly stated in the letter, name, first name, full address (street and number on the street, postcode, town and country) and included in the letter are a photocopy of the identity card, bank details and in addition, a copy or copies of the phone bill showing the date(s) and time(s) of entry. Entrants who have not paid any additional cost of connection or communication as a result of their entry in the Draw (subscribers to fixed contracts, cable users, etc.) will not be able to obtain any reimbursement.

Incomplete requests or those that fail to comply with the provisions in this Article will not be accepted.

Any reimbursement is under all circumstances limited to one per household (same family name, same postal address).

ARTICLE 7 – AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or simply cancel this Draw in the event of an Act of God or force majeure occurrence.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

The Promoter will not accept any liability for any damage, of whatever nature, that may concern all or part of the computer used by the entrant during the registration to enter the Draw.

As entry in the Draw is dependent on connections through the Internet, the Promoter will not accept any liability in the event of the malfunctioning of the Internet, any bug or virus, or the actions of any unauthorised third party preventing the correct operation of the Draw.

The Promoter will not accept any liability if, because of a force majeure occurrence or event outside its control, this draw has to be cancelled, postponed, shortened or changed.

The forwarding of the prizes, although carried out in the best interests of the winners, are subject to the risks and perils of the recipients. Therefore, the Promoter cannot be held liable if, for reasons outside its control, letters sent to the entrants and/or winners are lost, delayed or removed from their routing towards the stated postal address.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES

Any deception or attempted deception with regard to this Draw by an entrant will result in the disqualification of that person.

Any dispute relating to this Draw must be submitted in writing, within a maximum of twenty (20) days as of the closing date for the Draw.

The Promoter will be the final arbiter for any matters relating to the application of these rules or any matters not covered by them.

Any litigation will be submitted before the competent courts of France.

ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic copyright, the reproduction and performance of all or part of the elements contained in the Draw are strictly prohibited. The brands referred to are registered brands, registered by their respective owners.

All brands, logos and other distinctive artwork reproduced on the site used for the Draw, as well as on those sites to which it enables access through hypertext links, are or could be the exclusive property of the holders of these and are or could be protected.

Any unauthorised reproduction of these brands, logos and artworks constitutes or could constitute an infringement of copyright punishable by law.

ARTICLE 11 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected during this Prize Draw are subject to computer processing in accordance with the French data protection Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

This data is gathered for the Promoter and its subcontractor (Vertical-Mail SAS) for the purposes of managing this Draw and crediting points to the winning member.

In accordance with the above law, all entrants in the Draw, with proof of their identity, or legal representation for minors, have the right to oppose (Article 38 of the law), access (Article 39 of the law) and correct and remove (Article 40 of that law) their personal data, to be exercised with the Promoter.
