Perfumes Gone Wrong?

A LoyaltyLobby reader sent me a link to Oman Air’s Facebook page where the airline had posted a bulletin from Heathrow Airport.

Apparently some have come up with perfume packaging that too closely resembles devices that are used for far more nefarious things than spraying some liquid around.

The Spicebomb from Viktor & Rolf resembles a grenade and Wanted from Azarro looks like part of a revolver.

Conclusion

Probably not the best idea to have these in one’s carry-on if you happen to own either. The designers have certainly been creative but probably didn’t think how this may affect the sales of their products at duty free stores.
