Conclusion

Easy way to get some Club Carlson points and extend account validity for those that are targeted to this offer. I wasn’t lucky this time around.

We too got the nasty non-reponse:

    Please correct the following items:
We’re sorry, we did not find any eligible entries with that Club Carlson Number

Hate (sic) these “targeted offers.” If they’re meant to reward loyalty, then those of us who don’t get them are irritated, alienated, anything but inclined to be more loyal.

You listening clubcarlson? (the world’s most uncaring, inconsistent, and uncomfortable hotel “loyalty” program)

ah, but “touched” by the thought.

    You listening club carlson?

Just wanted to update this to advise that I did find a snail mail offer in the pile so was actually ‘targeted’. I would have expected any offer to come by email so that’s where I went wrong.

      • Thanks for letting us now! You go through your snail mail more often than I.
