Last Call To Match Your Hyatt Diamond Status To MGM MLife Platinum Until February 28th 2017

by -

Hyatt Gold Passport Diamond Members have a last chance to receive MGM Players Club MLife Platinum Status until 28th February 2017 before that arrangement will be downgraded to MLife Gold on March 1st.

Gold Passport will be changed into World of Hyatt on March 1st 2017 and that will come with a wide range of changes including the status match campaign between Hyatt and MGM Mlife.

MLife and Hyatt have a partnership that is going for for four years now and that allowed reciprocal status with each others program.

Hyatt Diamond Members were generously matched to MLife Platinum which comes with decent on-property benefits.

Here is a chart how the matches used to be processed (access the Hyatt website here):

With the introduction of “World of Hyatt” on March 1st 2017 this will change as you see in the following chart based on the new World of Hyatt Benefits (access here) :

The maximum level a Hyatt Diamond will get after March 1st will be MLife Gold, the same as Explorist level.

It’s highly recommended to get your match in before this date should MLife status be something you’re interested in. I have made good use of my Mlife membership over the years whenever visiting Las Vegas.

So, Does that mean on March 1st, it will automatically change? I matched in November to Gold, because I was going in January… Does the status last for a while? Or does it expire on March 1.
