Here’s the email from the reader:
I have been unable to get into my IHG stay history for the last 3 weeks. The complaints form comes back as address not known. I have phoned several times and have been told it is’a known problem which affects others’. No suggestion of when this will be resolved! I like to keep an eye on these things as I know stays do not always post correctly. If it is a known problem I wondered why I have not seen anything mentioned on Loyalty Lobby. The rest of my account is working normally. I am a Platinum Member.
Can you shed any light ?
I forwarded the question to the IHG spokesperson:
We are aware of this issue and expect a resolution by the end of the week.
There have been quite a few issues over the years from not updating promo dashboards to non-posting of stays. These are usually all resolved at some point in time.
It is obviously unfortunate that the stay history has not been available considering that one needs that for checking that the stays are correctly posting towards the current Accelerate promotion.
