Conclusion

Travel in United Airlines for the price of a no-frills airline (no pun intended). People may dislike the turn UA has taken since the Continental merger, but at least this price will get you a (bad) meal and a checked suitcase, plus elite benefits for those with Star Alliance status.

Why should that be anyhow a good deal? 350 € to go to NYC and back? Thats pretty much a normal deal. You could even book around 220-250 € right now with *A from Germany…

from BRU for that Period , it’s a good deal, for a direct flight.
AA gave up flying on Bru last year, so good to see some decent price even if less competition.

      • Yes, it is. Regular prices for discount economy in round trip transatlantic travel are usually around 500€.

    • Can you send me a link to that 250€ fare in Star Alliance carriers? I’d love to write about it!
