Yesterday, I wrote about (access here) Four Points Bangkok’s employee service charge contribution payment for the month of June that somehow ended up showing up on my Facebook feed.
I had no idea that this information is actually freely shared about hotel employees in Thailand and there are several websites and Facebook groups that publicly post this information. Good for the potential employees that are after the biggest potential pay check!
The list above is from the high season service charges at various but not all hotels. Obviously this fluctuates greatly with the occupancy and the paid rates.
It is great that this information is made public for potential hotel employees in Thailand that can then made decision based past performance when it comes to pay and not just promises.
Great to see that the service charge part of the pay is actually very good at the top performing resorts even by the western hospitality sector standards.
