Where did the past 12 months go? I cannot believe that it is already six years since I posted the first article here on LoyaltyLobby, back on September 15, 2011.

LoyaltyLobby Turns Six

The first post was about combining a couple of Hyatt Gold Passport promotions (haven’t those Hyatt promotion become rare?).

We really need to have a website and mobile update in the next few months. It would be great to know what layouts readers find most useful on both platforms? Any examples don’t need to be travel related.

Also, we use reader feedback or tips on the pieces we write every day. You can keep sending us ideas what we should cover by email, Twitter or Facebook message.

You can keep sending us cases about the issues that you have with travel providers. We continue featuring one Compensation Clinic case every Sunday and Reader Questions and Comments several times a week.

If you happen to work in the field and believe that there is something we should cover or would like to “leak” something, please feel free to do so by email. We keep the sender information always confidential.

Conclusion

So, keep the emails, Facebook messages and Tweets coming. They are really useful and we use them everyday for articles we write.

We need to work on the website and the mobile layout next. Updating the blog email newsletter layout and delivery is on the “to do” list as well. Our provider (Aweber) had an outage earlier this month and seems to have issues sending them out to all subscribers. We believe there is a need to change to a new provider.
