You cannot normally convert airline miles (or points) to hotel loyalty program points but there seems to be an exception with Smiles (Brazilian based program tied to GOL) and Le Club AccorHotels.

Le Club AccorHotels used to have a very easy way to get Platinum status by signing up for a credit card or taking advantage of one of the codes that ceased to exist back in late 2013.
