IAG is wary of Norwegian that is starting to fly certain long-haul destination out from Barcelona in the Summer of 2017. The city is the base for IAG’s Spanish Vueling subsidiary.

A LoyaltyLobby reader dropped me an email today on an issue he was having with Iberia, who refused to check his bag through Hong Kong when flying on separate tickets.

Yesterday, when I was trying to access Iberia’s website, I was presented with this “captcha” before I could even enter it.

Many airlines and hotel programs use Google’s various captcha products when one tries to access his/her account. I have never come across any other website that would require you to enter captcha before being able to access the home page. [click to continue…]
