Hilton HHonors Program Terms And Conditions Changes


Hilton has updated the terms and condition of the HHonors program retroactively from February 11, 2013. I always love that the programs never tend to inform about these changes, but rather quietly just change them. You can red the entire Hilton HHonors Terms and conditions here.


In essence, the references to complimentary fitness center access and internet are removed in hotels that charge resort fees. These are usually the core “benefit” of paying the resort fee, but they were complimentary for Hilton HHonors Gold and Diamond guests under the previous terms and conditions

Resort fees should be waived for elite members of hotel loyalty program. These are nothing more than “scam” charges that enables hotels to advertise lower prices and just jack up the price using mandatory resort fees.
