Confirmation Of Le Club Accorhotels To Airline Auto Sweeps

Yesterday, I wrote an article about converting your Le Club Accorhotels point balance to airline miles without any minimums. You can access that piece here.

This comes especially handy if you have ended up with more than one account due to the Platinum sign up promotions. By following the instructions on the post I made yesterday, it is very easy to move your points to airline miles and just forget the duplicate account.

And I can now confirm that the auto sweep has worked exactly as it should. I received an email from Accor this morning that my 500 Le Club Accorhotels points had been converted to Iberia Plus Avios and transferred to the airline.

This is quick and (not so) dirty way to convert your Le Club Accorhotels points to miles.

You could always contact the customer service and request them to merge your accounts if you have ended up with more than one, but this is not advisable. Better to just move the points to one of the airline partners.
