J.D. Power released its annual North America Airlines Satisfaction 2013 Study yesterday and you can access the full report here.
There is really nothing earth shattering on the survey results, but I don’t think that there is still a distinction between traditional and low-cost airlines. They are all the same.
It is not really too much of a surprise that the Alaska is on the top and US Airways and United both at the bottom.
On the low-cost carrier segment, both the JetBlue and Southwest almost had the same score. Not sure, why the (mean)Spirit(ed) airlines is not included on this survey?
Conclusion
You can expect JetBlue and Alaska to tout their five star J.D. Power ratings on their website and communication.
