IHG Cash Back Mostly Gone From The US Sites – Still Possible To Get 10%

LoyaltyLobby reader alerted me last week about the disappearance of IHG cash back from MrRebates. Earlier, the IHG cash back disappeared from the UK based sites such as TopCashback and Quidco.

You can still get 4.5% cash back using Ebates, but that is not a lot, if you are used to something closer to 10%.

Luckily, there are still sites in Europe that gives you 10% cash back for all IHG brands and pay out using PayPal. I just signed up for the iGraal’s German version (there is French one as well) and did first IHG reservation clicking through them. Their cash back for IHG hotels is still at 10%. You can sign up for iGraal here. You will get 5 euro bonus for signing up.

The only caveat is the minimum payout of 20 euros (around $25) and that you need to understand bit German or use browser such as Chrome that can do real time translation.

There is no problem getting the cash to your PayPal account that is not dominated in euros, but PayPal will use their own forex rate that is usually about 3% to 5% less than the real one.

Let’s hope that the cash back for InterContinental Hotels Group hotels returns to the US sites, but I will be using this iGraal in the meantime.

If you sign up for the iGraal service using the link above, we may get a referral bonus.
