Even if you have no use for Le Club Accorhotels Platinum status, you can always use it to status match to i.e. Club Carlson or Priority Club Platinum status. Accor has changed the sign up process for these instant Platinum statuses. Now, you won’t get the actual card after you have had your first stay. This makes sense. There is no need to present the actual car at the property, as the status information should transfer automatically.
