LoyaltyLobby reader forwarded me an email (you can always forward me emails that you receive from airlines & hotels) that he had received from Hyatt about the launch event of Hyatt Gold Passport’s and MGM Mlife’s program partnership in Las Vegas this July.
Hyatt and MGM announced on June 5, 2013, that starting on June 20 both Hyatt Gold Passport and MGM Mlife members would have reciprocal benefits at each others properties. You can read my piece about this partnership here.
Now, Hyatt is having an invitation only event at The Mansion at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on July 18th (Thursday) and other events on Friday the 19th. The invited members also get two free nights at the MGM Grand hotels and can reserve more nights at some preferred rate that was not disclosed on the email.
One of the benefits of attending this event is the Mlife NOIR status. This is the highest status of the MGM’s Mlife program and include perks that don’t come with the Mlife life status that Hyatt Diamond will map to.
If you got this invite and can get the Thursday and Friday free, I would certainly take the days off and participate. There will likely be some raffles at the event on Thursday night for free nights and Hyatt Gold Passport points and maybe some MGM related prizes as well.
This invite must have been sent to very selective group of Diamond members, because they can only take first 100 participating.
