United MileagePlus Dining Offer: Up To 3,000 Bonus Miles For Two Dines (EXTENDED)

United’s MileagePlus Dining has extended the 3,000 bonus miles for two dines-offer until December 31, 2013. This offer was set to come to an end on October 31, 2013 (read my original piece here).

You get 1,500 bonus miles for your first and second dines for maximum bonus of 3,000 miles.

You need to do the following to get the bonus:

1. Join MileagePlus Dining and create profile between September 12 and December 31, 2013

2. Spend $40 or more within 40 days of joining at participating outlet

3. Complete dining review within 30 days of the dine (you will receive email for this)

According to the terms and conditions this offer is valid for new MileagePlus Dining members or existing members that don’t have dining profile.

Conclusion

This is a very good offer that will almost pay for your dine if you value MileagePlus miles around 2 cents each.

I don’t usually choose my dining outlets based on whether they participate to these dining offers or not. I do have, however, my credit/debit card registered with these programs and have received miles few times from outlets that are part of this network. Last time this happened at some bar/club in Silver Lake.

To earn this bonus, you must spend at least $40 (including tax and tip) in one dine at a participating restaurant, bar or club within 40 days of registering for the bonus.. You must also complete your post-dine review within 30 days of your dine. Please note that activity that occurred prior to 9/12 will not be eligible for this bonus.
