Free Booze Returns To Delta’s Long-haul Economy

Last week, United withdraw the pretzels from international economy cabin (read more here) and now free booze is making return to Delta’s international flights that feature Business Elite (BE) service.

So, this means that free booze is available on those flights that have already had complimentary beer and wine served (long-haul flights).

This does not apply for short-haul flights with domestic first class service or markets where BE product is not offered.

It was about the time for US carriers to start returning the economy cabin service back to normal levels. International carriers flying in/out from United States have been offering this service the entire time.

We’ll see if United and American will match this latest move by Delta. Having couple of cocktails (self medication) make those long-haul flights in economy less unbearable.
