Hilton HHonors Status Bar Disappeared In Anticipation Of 2014


Hilton HHonors has “disabled” the status bar that you usually see once logged in to Hilton.com or to your “My Account”.


They just have a text up that says that it has temporarily disabled, while they calculate the 2014 status.

In is interesting to see, if Hilton HHonors downgrades me all the way to Silver, as I didn’t even have enough stays to qualify for Gold.

In some previous years, when I have not had enough stays to requalify, Hilton has extended the Diamond status regardless or offered a fast track to keep it by hitting some personalized challenge.


IHG Rewards Club Platinum/Royal Ambassador, Hyatt Gold Passport Diamond, and SPG Platinum are safe for 2014. We’ll see what happens with my Marriott Platinum (not quite enough stays, but lifetime Gold due to Rewards Plus) and Hilton HHonors Diamond.

Hotel programs often extend the status, if you miss it one year after having it for many years in a row.
