IHG Rewards Club Rollover Nights (Have Yours Correctly Rolled Over?)

IHG Rewards Club introduced Rollover Elite Nights (read more here) in 2013 at the same time with the name change from Priority Club + some other new benefits. All your elite qualifying nights over 50 should have rolled over for 2014.

A LoyaltyLobby reader pointed out that there has been problems at IHG’s end calculating these correctly. He had had 61 qualifying nights in 2013 of which ZERO had rolloved to 2014.

After contacting IHG Rewards Club customer service, those 11 missing nights had been added to his 2014 tally (and he had made to RA as well).

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Go to IHG’s mobile website (access here) to find out the number of qualified nights you had in 2013 (remember that award nights started to count from July 1st onwards). You can access the mobile website on a regular browser as well.

2. How many qualified nights have you had already in 2014?

3. If the number of qualified nights in 2013 is higher than 50 and they didn’t correctly rolled over to 2014, contact IHG Rewards Club.

I have had huge problems with stays posting as overlapping, but nevertheless qualifying. I think that it is very likely that I am missing quite a few nights from 2013 that I need to figure out.
