Iberia Plus has released the destinations for 25% award discount and double redeemable bonus miles and they partly overlap.
The bonus miles offer is valid for tickets issued and flown between March 1 and April 30, 2014. The award ticket discount is valid for flights between the same dates, but the tickets must be issued by march 16, 2014.

Conclusion
Iberia certainly loves to run promotions for both earning and burning Iberia Plus Avios. I am going to Mexico City later this year and could hop there from Spain, so need to keep an eye on these Iberia discounts.
