This Spring 2014 IHG Rewards Club Big Win has given problems for many. I was soliciting feedback about the issues first (read more here) and then wrote last week about the Book With IHG hurdle that was not correctly tracking (access here).
It seems, however, that IHG has finally fixed this issue, as the Book With IHG hurdle finally posted to my family member’s account.
And the Big Win was then completed and the points posted to the account.
IHG never fixed that weird title (view.dashboard.offer.q.title) that was attached to one of the goals, which was to spend some money for Food & Beverages purchases while staying at a property.
Are there any IHG Rewards Club Spring 2014 promo tracking issues left unresolved now?
I am glad that IHG finally fixed this “Book With IHG” issue, but they could have done this already back in late January, when it was first reported. I am sure that they must have received thousands of phone calls and emails about this issue that cannot be building more confidence in the membership how these promotions are handled.
We should learn about the IHG’s Summer 2014 promo in the next week or so. Let’s hope that it would work for all.
