Le Club Accorhotels has launched separate Winter Collection sale for Sofitel properties in the Southern Hemisphere for their winter stays between June 2 and August 31, 2014.
You can get 25% off of stays of 3 or 4 nights and 30% off of stays of 5, 6, or 7 nights. You will also receive double Le Club Accorhotels points (8% back at the base level or 12% at the Platinum one).

The Winter Collection sale is the lowest one for the dates in question and the double points are mentioned in the rate description.
Conclusion
Sofitel sales usually max at the 40% level once or twice a year and these properties are not included on the ongoing Accor sales.
Considering that you will receive 8% to 12% of the rate paid back in Le Club Accorhotels points, the discount is effectively 38% to 42% off of the best available rate.
