You must use special offer code HGPCLT at the time of making the reservation, but it will work on most, if not all, corporate codes and sales offers.

You can access Hyatt’s web page for this offer here.

This offer is valid at 3 of the 6 Hyatt affiliated properties in Charlotte: Hyatt Place Charlotte/City Park, Hyatt Place Charlotte/Airport and Hyatt House Charlotte/Center City.

Just make sure that the HGPCLT is on the “Special Offer Code” field. This is required for the bonus points to post.

There seems to be six limited service Hyatt properties in Charlotte (and none full service one). The bonus points offer is valid at three of them.

Last year, Hyatt run a promo for Atlanta area properties. Seems that Charlotte is their promo choice this time. I wish that more Hyatt properties would be offering bonus points for stays as they used to. Made sense to stay at them even when there was n chainwide promo around.

This 1,500 bonus points is a nice sweetener that could sway someone to stay at Hyatt instead of competitor.

Here are the terms and conditions of this offer:

Offer valid for stays May 1, 2014 through July 31, 2014 at Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Tyvola Road. All hotel reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Offer is not valid with groups/conventions and may not be combined with other promotional offers. Guest must request offer code HGPCLT at time of reservation and check-in to receive bonus points. Hyatt Gold Passport members must choose points for their stay and pay an Eligible Rate. An “Eligible Rate” is any hotel published room rate, including, but not limited to rates found on or any Hyatt Gold Passport Hotel Partner website, the Hyatt Daily Rate, volume, AAA and senior citizen rates, etc. “Ineligible Rates” are discounted rates, including, but not limited to, any free night stays, Internet wholesale rates (such as,, etc.), traditional wholesale rates (such as GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Pleasant Holidays, etc.), airline crew rates, airline employee rates, travel agency employee rates, Club at the Hyatt discount certificate stays, Hyatt Vacation Club stays, Hyatt employee or employee family discount rates, airline interrupted-trip vouchers or contracted rooms (a contract room is a room that has been reserved pursuant to a written and executed agreement between a hotel and a corporation, government agency or individual for a negotiated room rate in exchange for an agreed upon number of rooms to be rented for an extended period of time). Only one bonus may be redeemed per member, per stay. This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of the Hyatt Gold Passport program.
