Hilton HHonors has launched a new promo that is targeted to new members, but seems to allow anyone to register.
You will get 2,500 bonus Hilton HHonors points for a stay between July 1 and August 31, 2014, in the EMEA (see the eligible countries below).

The terms and conditions state that the offer would be valid for stays at the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Nigeria, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
Also part of the terms and conditions state that this offer would be valid for a stay between July 1 and August 31, later that is valid between July 1 and December 1 and July 1 to December 31, 2014, on the ad copy.
This offer did allow me to register and, when I tried to reregister, returned an error message that I had already signed up.
Conclusion
There is nothing to lose by registering for this offer if you have a stay coming in EMEA between July 1 – August 31, 2014. The worst thing that can happen is that no points posts. I believe, however, that it is likely that this offer is open for existing members as well.
It is unclear what are the valid dates for this promotion and the eligible countries. The very short terms and conditions are contradictory.
