Someone working for IHG Rewards Club and updating their airline partner information must have been copy/pasting info from Fairmont’s website without realizing that they forgot to edit it properly.
Can anyone otherwise explain, how Fairmont’s email address for claiming partner award miles could have ended on IHG’s web page describing points to miles options for British Airways Executive Club members?

Not that I wouldn’t make an occasional mistake or two here on LoyaltyLobby, but I have never copy/pasted information from a competing website that IHG must have been doing here. I am sure that this mistake will be fixed soon now that IHG is aware of it.
