Iberia Plus has a new offer for buying, gifting and transferring Avios. You can get up to 30% bonus for transactions done until August 17, 2014.
Iberia Plus upped the number of Avios you can buy or transfer yearly from 24,000 to 35,000 earlier in the year.

The number of bonus Avios you can earn is dependent of the number is miles you purchase per the table above.
The price of Iberia Plus Avios purchased under this offer at the 35,000 level (+10,500 bonus) is 1.44 euro cents.
Conclusion
Iberia Plus has previously offered transfer bonus of up to 50% and purchase bonus of 30%. There have been better offers for Iberia affiliated credit card holders in Spain, but this 30% bonus tend to be the highest that they generally offer.
