Hilton HHonors has launched a new promotion for British Airways Executive Club members that can earn up to quadruple Avios between August 11 and November 30, 2014.

Conclusion

At least for the stays in the London area, the 4 Avios per USD is better than an additional 5 Hilton HHonors points and maybe the 3 Avios per USD in the Europe, Middle East & Africa too.
