Le Club Accorhotels has new very good offer for total of 8,000 bonus points for just 3 stays between September 16 and December 31, 2014.

All you need to do is to register for this offer and book between September 16 and October 5, 2014.

The number of bonus points that you earn is staggered by the table below:

– your 1st stay earns you 1,000 points in addition to your usual points,
– your 2nd stay earns you 3,000 points in addition to your usual points,
– your 3rd stay earns you 4,000 points in addition to your usual points.

Conclusion

This is a very generous offer from Le Club Accorhotels that I plan to take advantage of before the end of the year, although they have very lucrative offers out there with both Lufthansa’s Miles&More (access here) and with Airberlin’s Topbonus (access here).

Here are the terms and conditions of this offer:

1. General Conditions of Use of the Le Club Accorhotels programme apply to the “Receive up to €160 in points” offer.
2. To enjoy this offer, the Le Club Accorhotels loyalty programme member must sign up by clicking on the “Sign up for the offer” button above and then follow the instructions.
3. The offer is only valid once for 3 stays per member during the offer duration, for stays between 16/09/2014 and 31/12/2014 in hotels participating in the Le Club Accorhotels programme, booked between 16/09/2014 and 05/10/2014. Stays cannot be concurrent.
4. The points bonus is calculated based on Classic status, not counting points accelerators.
5. The offer enables Le Club Accorhotels loyalty programme and Accor Advantage Plus members, regardless of their status, to receive up to €160 in points for stays in hotels participating in the Le Club Accorhotels programme throughout the world.
6. 2,000 points are equivalent to €40. Points are converted into euros; amounts indicated in local currency are not legally binding and are subject to change.
7. The stay must be booked online (via Accorhotels.com or one of our brand websites participating in the Le Club Accorhotels programme), via our mobile applications or by calling the Accor Bookings Centre. Other booking channels are not eligible for this offer.
8. The loyalty card or member card number must be presented when booking and at hotel reception when checking in.
9. Le Club Accorhotels bonus points will be credited onto the member’s account within 28 days following departure from the hotel.
10. Within this offer, a stay is understood as one (1) booking per Le Club Accorhotels Loyalty member, regardless of the number of rooms booked. A booking made by a member for several rooms will only count as one (1) stay.
11. The offer cannot be combined with any other Le Club Accorhotels promotional offers and does not apply to groups.
12. Offer subject to conditions and availability. Sales conditions of reserved public rates specific to each hotel apply.

        I always wonder why people want to use their points in
        Accorhotels instead of exchanging them for a voucher. The value is just the same, with a little, BUT SIGNIFICANT difference…

        Once occur a problem with your booking, you have to cancel or whatever, you have to wait long time for your points to come back into your account, if not lost at all. If you instead book a normal paid rate (except of prepaid – which mostly also are not able to redeem for points) and show up with the vouchers you wont loose your points (or the value of them) if you need to cancel.

        But to reply for you, your stay with points would count. Even more if you would pay with the hotel vouchers from LeClub.

        • But, don’t vouchers expire in 3 months if not used ? So if I have to cancel my trip and not use my voucher in the 3 months, won’t I lose my points ?

          • Shin, vouchers are valid for 6 month. However, you are not forced to request a voucher before you are leaving for your trip. They are available instantly, so it don’t takes time to get them once you are “on your way”.

            Fact is, I know many people who had troubles to get their points refunded after they had canceled their trips. That’s why I prefer the vouchers. And I recommend to use them for anyone who is asking me for advise. Furthermore, your credits from the vouchers are good for ANY KIND of expenses in the hotels, like food, minibar, laundry, internet, telephone, spa treatments, whatever you charge to your room account you can pay with the vouchers.

  1. i am new with leclub….can I earn the Lufthansa miles and at the same time this bonus points.? leclub is complicated…..as I need to set autoconversion to miles and more

      • for countries not using Euro, there’s still a significant difference when ones opt to use the voucher, The EXCHANGE rate of the hotel!! which is usually terribly low compare with official rate.

        • Yes, Lim, this, if you don’t know the facts. But, in the same way, did you ever checked the exchange rate for those 2000 point discount to rate packages?

          By the way, as you can see in the screenshot attached, Le Club CS on Facebook affirms that the property takes currency data from a specific database. If the hotel don’t do so, just open a claim regarding this issue.

          • Thanks Mike for your clarification, as I stay mostly with Hilton and Marriott (as I am their Gold Elite) so I have little knowledge about the voucher issue, By the way, the link you provide me works just I don’t know how to check with it (language barrier).

    • Hi! As you can see in my other reply, ibis budget hotels are not part of the Le Club. Therefore you can’t credit points into the Le Club Account and Le Club won’t know you have been stayed there to honor the promo.

  3. What does it mean “Stays cannot be concurrent”? What about 3 reservations in 3 different hotels, but made day by day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Do they count for this promo as 3 stays?

      • Hi there, I thought ‘concurrent’ means if you book more than 1 room on the same date, then this will count as one stay. I posted above just now and wanted to clarify is it possible to make two separate booking, one for fri – sat and the other for sat – sun, and check out on sat morning, check in again sat night at the same hotel and count as two stays? This is classed as consecutive stays but not concurrent…….

    • I never heard of this rate, but if you pay it at the hotel and can reserve it through Accorhotels.com and it isn’t any of the excepted hotels (see my other reply), it surely would count.

  4. Hi there, I am in Australia and have been having a private Facebook discussion with Le Club Accorhotels regarding which rates are eligible for this offer. My question to them was – are stays booked using the “Red Hot Rooms” rate within the eligibility period eligible for this promotion?.Their reply was NO! They say that condition 11 in the T&Cs, that this offer cannot be combined with any other promotion means that we can’t book using this rate. When I rang Australian Member Services, they were confused also, but believe the Red Hot Rooms bookings should be eligible. Who do I believe? I don’t want to book cheap rooms only to find out they weren’t eligible when it’s too late to change them. Please help!!
