A LoyaltyLobby reader emailed me last week about the issue he was having with IHG Rewards Club’s Into the Nights-promotion.
According to the reader, his promotion goal had changed since the offer was introduced and after he had already made firm plans to complete it such as non-refundable reservations etc.

Seems that the first offer is the default option for new accounts and the second offer is the personalized one.
I would like to hear from other readers if they have had their Into the Nights-promotion goal changed since the offer was first introduced? I know that some have had difficulties having their personalized offers shown.
