The terms and conditions refer to “stays” that would indicate that this offers could be used multiple times, although I cannot confirm this.

Conclusion
I love when you can stack bonus points and miles offers. Although the terms and conditions say that this offer is targeted, it seems to allow everyone to register.
If you have says coming up at the Waldorf-Astoria and Conrad properties this year, you should be able to stack these three offers for some bonus Hilton HHonors points.
