As soon as Hilton HHonors made the qualification criteria for the lifetime Diamond status public (read more here), reader were looking for a place on Hilton.com where these would be shown.
Well. They are not. Only way to find out the number of years that you have been a Diamond members and the night count is to contact Hilton HHonors and they can provide the numbers for you.
You can access Hilton’s web page for lifetime Diamond status requirements here.
So, I sent the following email to firstname.lastname@example.org:
Now that you have published the lifetime Diamond requirements, I would like to know how many years I have been a Diamond member and how many lifetime nights I have.
HH # (REMOVED)
And received the reply below in just 11 minutes later (sometimes they are super fast!):
Thank you for your inquiry regarding your account. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us.
I show that your account has reached Diamond status 7 times/years and you have recorded 362 lifetime nights. Please note that the number of nights recorded will include qualifying and non-qualifying nights posted to the account.
If there is anything else we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact us. For immediate assistance, please click on the link below for the contact number of the Hilton Worldwide Service Center location nearest you.
So, my number of years as a Diamond member is well inline getting the lifetime status, but the number of nights is way too low. At my current Hilton stay schedule, it would probably take another 15 to 20 years before reaching it.
I should get the lifetime Platinum with both Marriott and Starwood in the next 3 to 4 years.
