IHG Rewards Club has launched yet another bonus promotion for 3,000 points for a stay within 90 days after registration.
The offer is called Elite Member Winback Bonus that was probably sent to those that hadn’t had a stay for a while.

Conclusion
This didn’t work for my personal account, but family member was successfully registered for it. The error message that I received indicated that this isn’t any previous offer, but one that my account just isn’t eligible for.
