IHG Rewards Club has brought back its China Fridays up to 50% off sale for stays at participating hotels in Greater China until July 31, 2015.
Every Friday until June 19, IHG will release list of participating hotels that you can book up to 50% off but only for 24 hours.

There were some criticism last week from readers regarding this sale that they found out to be a non-sale (same prices as always).
The sale used to be 50% off, but now only for up to 50% off. The discount at many properties is likely a lot less. Good to have sales nevertheless.
Here are the terms and conditions of this sale:
The promotion applies to participating hotels in Greater China and allows guests to get up to 50% off the room rate based on Best Flexible Rate.
- The promotion is valid for bookings made with “Advance Purchase Rate” for every Friday from 3 April, 2015 until 19 June, 2015. The promotion will be paused for some special festivals. Please refer to the promotion landing page for details.
- The promotion valid stay period will last until 31 July, 2015 (including 31 July, 2015).
- Guests must book seven full days prior to the date of arrival for participating hotels in Hong Kong and Macau, and five full days prior to the date of arrival for participating hotels in Mainland China and Taiwan. The rate requires full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of booking, and is fully non-refundable.
- The participating hotel list on the promotion landing page will be updated every Thursday from 2 April, 2015 until 18 June, 2015. Call 400840888 to check (from outside of Mainland China, please call +86 21 20334920).
- All rates above apply per room per night and qualify for earning IHG® Rewards Club points or airline miles. Tax and service charges may apply. Room rates will be billed in local currency.

- Reservation is subject to availability of the rooms specially provided for this ‘TGIF Half-off’ rate on a first-come, first-served basis.
