Etihad Airways did a graphical revamp for its Etihad Guest frequent flier program that resulted in delays getting new membership cards out.
DHL sent out emails the other week (access here) that looked like phishing attempts asking to members to email their physical addresses for material delivery.
You can access Etihad’s website for Guest status levels here.
One member sent me the photos below of the actual mail delivery of the package to Australia today (he hadn’t replied to the DHL email):
Conclusion
Etihad really should pay more attention to its member communication and support (terrible and often confusing/contradictory emails).
How difficult it is to send member material to the address they have on file and does it REALLY make sense to use DHL to deliver the packages when the regular Air Mail would do the same work for fraction of the price?
