IHG Rewards Club has launched an add-on promo for its Share Forever promotion (read more here) that is valid for members in the Americas.
Those that have registered for the promotion can earn an additional bonus of double points for stays between July 15 – August 15, 2015.

Conclusion
This is very good offer for those that are still working on their Share Forever promotion. You can essentially Double Dip on these promotions.
May be the uptake on this latest promo was not as good as IHG had expected, although this is the time when many in the US take their annual vacation days (if they are lucky to have any).
