The letter above sounds typical corporate speak to customers. I hope that there is something done behind to act on it.
You first need to take care of your employees that then take care of your customers. When your employees and customers are happy, you are likely to be running a profitable operation that in turn makes the investors smiling.
It bit lopsided nowadays when companies are trying to make short term investors happy regardless if the actions taken hurt long term profitability and success of the company.
Let’s hope that the new CEO can finally reach an agreement with the Continental and United side, so that the airline could, five years after the merger, finally operate as one entity.
