When I was staying at the Indigo Madrid last month, I was given a personalized benefit chart that had my IHG Rewards Club number filled in along with the number of points sitting in my account.
The chart included the member benefits at the various levels plus the “Surprise & Delight” welcome amenity choice.

Although I chose the points as the amenity, the hotel had a small plate of savory items plus small red wine bottle waiting as the amenity in the executive room they had upgraded me into.
I have not seen this at any other IHG affiliated hotel yet, although it has to be some IHG initiative and linked to Holidex/loyalty system.
It is good to remind people what their benefits (or lack thereof) at various IHG Rewards Club member levels are. The number of nights required for Spire level and the benefits associated with it must be spiced up.
