Le Club AccorHotels has been sending out surveys for its membership about the state of the group’s loyalty program.
The email came with a subject “receive 500 points by telling us what you think of your loyalty program” and awards you 500 points for completing it.

Le Club AccorHotels was probing the customer satisfaction with its program (and I gave them an earful when it came to the customer service).
