Instead of going to Burger & Lobster at Harvey Nichols in London, I decided to have a mini lobster feast earlier this week on my Singapore Airlines flights from Hong Kong to Barcelona.
I was ticketed in F using KrisFlyer miles all the way to Sao Paulo (SQ operates this BCN-GRU fifth freedom route) and will use the BCN-GRU segment sometime next year.
Singapore Airlines allows you to order Book the Cook on select routes and I ordered lobster both for the Hong Kong to Singapore and Singapore to Barcelona segments. Once when I flew on SQ LAX-SIN I had the lobster dish ordered for three meals.
I had no idea that one of the appetizer options on both HKG-SIN and SIN-BCN segments was lobster as well. And guess what they serve in the Private Room in Singapore? Lobster!

Conclusion
I do like having a lobster every once in a while, but this was bit too much even for my taste. I believe that my lobster quota is full for the year.
The Book the Cook is an option for business and first class passengers to preorder the meal they would prefer that are not available on the flights. It is worth checking out if you are flying on Singapore Airlines anytime soon.
