I have a question about the IHG Accelerate programme. How often should I expect them to update my offer status? I stayed away 9 nights in January but currently it is only showing the first of those nights on the 6th Jan, as a qualifying stay on the “track your progress” page. This is the first time they have made all the offers within the accelerate programme achievable for me, so I am keen not to miss out.


All these recent IHG Rewards Club promotions have been plagued with delayed promo tracking that somehow seems to catch up at some point. You would think that they could make the dashboard to update weekly?

I just had a look at my dashboard and it hadn’t tracked the stays that I had in late January, although they have posted to my account.

I have no doubt that IHG Rewards Club will fix the promo tracking issue for this promotion as well. The readers that have messaged me regarding this are not the only one having the issue. It affects everyone.
