Hyatt Gold Passport has been emailing out Account Summary Emails that have small little issue. They don’t contain the account summary at all!
The emails contains more spam to vote in the Freddie loyalty awards and some other property specific info. But why would they send out this email when it doesn’t contain information promised on the email subject?

This must be a new low for Hyatt Gold Passport. Sending out Account Summary Emails that doesn’t contain the promised summary. Would it be right time to change the person in charge of the program?
This comes from the same company that has troubles keeping its website up during US business hours. Down several times a week.
There is also a reminder on the bottom of the email about the Hyatt’s Best Rate Guarantee that is not more than an empty promise. Third party sites continue selling most of the Hyatt’s for far less and Hyatt refuses to match their prices claiming that those are “membership sites”.
