Le Club AccorHotels has launched $22 – $38 fixed price promotion for stays at participating ibis hotels July 1 – August 31, 2016.
The offer is valid for 18 – 26 year olds, although ibis has had similar promotions in the past openf or all. You must book by May 15.

Conclusion
The price that Le Club AccorHotels uses on the copy is per person when two sharing. But misleading IMHO. Still a good price if you can commit to booking a nonrefundable and nonchangeable reservation this much in advance.
