The bookings must be made through a Global Distribution System, at spg.com or by calling a Starwood Customer Contact Center or property directly. The booking must be correctly tagged with your SPG member account number at the time of booking. Check the terms and conditions of the SPG program at spg.com/terms for full details on eligible rates.
Q: I made a booking for a client in February with an arrival date in April. Will that booking be eligible for bonus Starpoints?
A: Yes, stays that occur between March 14, 2016, and June 30, 2016, will be eligible for the promotion regardless of when the booking was made and as long as the member is registered for the promotion. Members can register at any time during the Promotion Period.
Q: I didn’t register for the promotion until May 10, 2016. I had two qualified client stays that occurred on May 3, 2016. Will those bookings count toward the promotion?
A: Yes. You may register for the promotion any time before 11:59 p.m. eastern time (ET) on June 30, 2016. As long as your bookings have your correct SPG Pro number and are otherwise eligible, you will receive the bonus for all bookings with stay dates between March 14, 2016 and June 30, 2016. If you registered for the promotion on May 10, your two client stays on May 3 would be eligible for bonus Starpoints.
Q: How do I make sure I receive Starpoints when I book?
A: When making a booking through spg.com, enter your SPG member account number in the SPG Pro/booker field.
